  • Length of Assignment: Initially 12 weeks

The team deals with children in care of all age groups, manages their caseloads, and advances care plans. They are involved in finding adoptive placements, supporting long-term fostering arrangements, as well as working with young people in residential care and facilitating their return to their families.

Applicants should possess outstanding skills in direct engagement with children and young individuals while demonstrating dedication to comprehensive, timely permanence planning for these youth.

We hold high aspirations for the children in our care, aiming to promote good health, educational progress, and the cultivation of positive relationships as fundamental pillars for a successful future.

If you are passionate about contributing to your local community, hold a Social Work degree or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of experience, then this position is an excellent fit for you, and we are excited to receive your application.
