Client Details
My client is a leading business based in Solihull.

Description

  • Sales/Purchase ledger processing of invoices
  • Weekly preparation of payment run
  • Analysis and posting of Company Charge Card and Expenses
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Creditors/Debtors Control
  • Daily bank postings
  • Updating daily Cash flow
  • Journal Processing


Bank payments
  • Both Sterling and Foreign accounts


Bank Reconciliation
  • Multiple accounts, including foreign accounts
  • Vat return completion
  • Prepayments and Accruals
  • Fixed Assets Register
  • Assisting Finance Manager with preparation of Management Accounts
  • Various reporting
  • Any other related duties as directed by Line Manager to ensure the efficient running of the business

Profile

  • Qualifications: Part Qualified AAT/Qualified by experience
  • Numerate and literate with the ability to maintain records legibly
  • The ability to provide necessary and timely information for action in a faced pace environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Prepared to work flexibly as part of a small team and to provide absence cover where necessary
  • Sage 50 or equivalent
  • Experience in google spreadsheet or equivalent
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible approach, initiative and enthusiasm
