This role will involve but is not limited to:
Update and maintain weekly internal vacancy list

Advertise vacancies to reflect roles available within the business

Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring programmes

Develop relationships with college/universities for entry level/graduate recruitment

Promote Apprenticeship and SQE opportunities

Assist in Work Experience Programmes and placements across branch network

Attending networking events, recruitment fairs to promote Taylor Rose MW

Support general administration for Recruitment and HR Teams

Ensure compliance for Right to Work/IR35 in line with legislative requirements

Requirements:

Able to work as part of a team as well as independently

Good interpersonal skills
