We are looking for an experienced Senior care assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing teams, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The senior care assistant will provide setting goals and objectives, developing team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will also be expected to provide feedback to team members, motivate them to reach their goals, and ensure that all team members are working together effectively.


Responsibilities:
Lead a team of professionals to achieve the company's goals.

Ensure service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing Provide guidance and support to team members.

Monitor team performance and progress. Motivate team members to reach their full potential. Work in cooperation with members of multidisciplinary teams. Manage team resources effectively. Communicate with other departments and stakeholders.

Requirements:
