Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on technology solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations addressing client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral such as whitepapers, case studies, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management, and IT analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
