Asa Solutions Consultant you will be closely working with AccountManagers on keyaccountsonupsellandcrosssellingopportunities in the UK. You will need to identifytheopportunities by understanding the technological gaps in thecustomers business and drive the adoption of the Zohos suite ofproducts to meet their requirements.

Youwill be the customers internal Champion by working across functionslike Presales Compliance & Product Management. You will bediligently working with them overmonthsnurturing and building relationships that get us to"Itsa deal".

Youshould be very pro cient about our products by having learnt theminsideout handling everything from integrations webhooks tomiddleware APIs. We believe that we will only be successful if ourcustomers are and if they are able to drive the value and ROI fromtheir investment in ourtechnology.

Responsibilities:

  • Applya consultative approach to comprehend the business context existingIT infrastructure and current business/IT priorities of thecustomer.
  • Collaborateclosely with Account Managers to align product offerings withcustomer needs and address technological gaps in their currentstack devising solutions using product capabilities and thirdpartycomponents.
  • Interfacewith diverse audiences encompassing business users developersarchitects IT operations professionals and senior stakeholderselucidating the value proposition of ZohoProducts.
  • Takecharge of technical activities including requirement analysisfeasibility assessment validation and productdemonstrations.
  • LeadProof of Concepts (POCs) and technical bootcamps whether conductedonsite orremotely.
  • ManageRFIs/RFPs by orchestrating collaboration across multiple internalteams asnecessary.
  • Serveas the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer coordinatingwith various internal teams such as Presales Compliance ProductManagement Engineering and Support asrequired.
  • Deliverproduct presentations at various events including conferencesseminars webinarsetc.

Requirements
  • Possess5 years of experience as a Solutions or Presales Consultant orwithin an IT consulting environment focusing on SaaS or softwareproducts.
  • Proficiencyin Enterprise SaaS applications including CRM (preferably) ERPsLegacy Systems APIs andIntegrations.
  • Demonstratedexperience in handling RFI/RFPprocesses.
  • Exhibitstrong sales and consulting expertise coupled with exceptionalcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto operate within a Hybrid model and willingness to travel forclientmeetings.
  • Abilityto build internal relationships and collaborate effectively withinternal teams globally as well as nurture external relationshipswithclients.
  • Embracea "Why over How" approach to addressing customerpainpoints.

Possess 5+ years of experience as a Solutions or Pre-salesConsultant, or within an IT consulting environment focusing on SaaSor software products. Proficiency in Enterprise SaaS applications,including CRM (preferably), ERPs, Legacy Systems, APIs, andIntegrations. Demonstrated experience in handling RFI/RFPprocesses. Exhibit strong sales and consulting expertise, coupledwith exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability tooperate within a Hybrid model and willingness to travel for clientmeetings. Ability to build internal relationships and collaborateeffectively with internal teams globally, as well as nurtureexternal relationships with clients.
