Our client Fletchers Waste Management is an established waste and recycling business based in Sheffield. Due to continuing business growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated BDM to further expand our team with primary focus on national sales, reporting directly to the Head of Brokerage UK.

The role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Pro-actively and reactively selling profitable new business to meet set targets.
  • Oversee the timely and successful delivery of Company solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brokerage UK to identify new business opportunities to ensure growth attainment.
  • Delivery of account planning review meetings and report progress to line management.
  • Maintain accurate, current and up-to-date account records.
  • Be the primary interface between Fletchers Waste Management and our target customers.
  • Responsible for sales prospecting and pricing negotiations.
  • Working closely with the Brokering and CS teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Reasonable ad-hoc duties where required (within capabilities).
