This role requires a satisfactory Standard level DBS certificate as part of our safeguarding checks process

Working hours for this role are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

About the job
You will be part of our services support team, providing administrative support including secretarial and data related tasks.


It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth running service office and support team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day.


You will also have a role to play in ensuring the security and health & safety of everyone who comes into the service.

Essential Skills:

To do this job successfully, you will need:

  • experience of providing great admin support in a busy environment
- the abillity to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- to be confident working in a team environment, able to work collaboratively with everyone
- a good level of maths and english (verbal and written)
- to be organised, able to manage and prioritise you time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease
- good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- a can do, positive attitude
- excellent IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media
- to understand work based Health & Safety issues
- some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time

Desired Skills:


If you have worked in a charitable organisation before and/or have knowledge or experience of our client group, that would be an advantage but is not essential.
