As we continue to grow, we have a new and exciting position available here at BES Utilities for an Operations Administrator based at our offices in Fleetwood.


Main Responsibilities (but are not limited to)

  • Provide day to day support to the wider High Debt & Litigation department within Adamson House, completing a range of administrative & customer contact activity to enable successful outcomes for long standing arrears
  • Work collaboratively with other teams throughout the business to enable resolution to any customer disputes which may be hindering payment outcome
  • Reporting into the Operations Manager, understand & react to the daily priorities from the varies workstreams within High Debt to achieve maximum productivity & overall payments
  • Using your strong administrative skill, ensure all documentation provided to support with potential legal cases are accurate & clear.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Collections / office / telephonebased role would be essential
  • A strong ability to prioritise & assess timescales
  • Highly collaborative with a natural passion for wanting to resolve customer issues/arrears
  • Utility industry experience would be desirable, but not essential.
