We're now recruiting an Executive Assistant on a fixed term basis to provide a high level of organisational and administrative support for the Chief Risk Officer, MD of Investcentre, Group Legal Service Director, other Executive Management, Board memberswhen appropriate, and Non-Executive Directors.
What does the job involve?The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Executive support; booking travel/accommodation, managing diaries, monitoring inboxes and processing expenses.
- Preparation and distribution of senior management meeting packs, e.g., EMB, Board, Audit and Risk Committee.
- Organise, attend, and take minutes at internal and external meetings and essentially ensure follow up.
- Ensure that Chief Risk Officer and other EMB members are well prepared and briefed for any meetings that they are required to be involved with, by helping to prepare research, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting papers
- Provision of event management support for occasional activities such as conferences and events, held on site.
About you:
- Previous PA or executive support experience
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and calm under pressure.
- Good planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Accurate note taking skills
- Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to use initiative
- Excellent planning/organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable, cooperative, and supportive team player
- Accustomed to working in a fastpaced and deadline driven environment
