As a Benefits and Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for helping to design and implement comprehensive employee benefits and wellness programs.
The role reports to and supports the Head of Total Reward & Governance and Total Reward Manager in ensuring the effective delivery of comprehensive benefits and wellness programmes across AmTrust International ("AI") ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance.
Partners closely with the broader HR function and business with a remit spanning some 1600 employees across 16 countries (two-thirds of the employees are UK based).
This is a "hands-on" role encompassing end-to-end benefits management to include supporting plan and programme documentation and governance.The post-holder will also be required to support the broader Total Reward team throughout the year as it relates to broader compensation activities including the annual compensation cycles and reporting and benchmarking.
Some key upcoming projects that you will be invovled in:- UK & Ireland Pension Projcts
- Publishing Benefits on Workday and internal intranet
- Wellness projects such as Mental Health projects
