Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close, communicating challenges and wins to the team.
  • Gain a deep understanding of prospective customers' pain points and educate them on Culture Amp's value, highlighting our differentiators.
  • Work closely with our People Scientists and Solution Consultants to achieve sales goals, collaborating with Customer Success Coaches and Account Managers to support and set expectations for customers.
  • Proven track record of success in a closing sales role, ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS.
