Brook Street Social Care is pleased to offer a valuable position as a Floating Support Worker within various services (Supported Housing, Outreach, Criminal Justice, Domestic Violence, Refugee) and multiple locations (Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, Basingstoke).
You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, individual-centered support to vulnerable adults with diverse needs. Your role will involve assessing and assisting clients in developing independent living skills across a wide array of social issues.
- Build relationships with external agencies
- Demonstrate strong organization and planning skills
- Ensure timely and accurate administration
- Manage client move-ons effectively
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
WHAT'S REQUIRED:
- Experience or interest in various services
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Proactive, passionate, driven, and organized
- Advocacy for individuals facing homelessness
- Comfortable traveling to different locations
