Duties:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with Homelessness needs
  • Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health status
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement support plans
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
