The Role:
The position of SaaS Renewals Representative involves meeting sales targets within a specified territory comprising existing Commvault clients. The Representative plays a crucial role in a dedicated and enthusiastic team focused on guiding accounts through the Land-Adoption-Expand-Renew journey. The preferred candidates understand the importance of Annual Recurring Revenue and its associated metrics.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player, working closely with field Account Executives and Customer Success Managers (CSM) while also being capable of independently closing sales. This role primarily involves inside sales, with communication via telephone, video conferences, and emails being key.

Your Impact:

- Maintain consistent engagement with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle.

- Handle the renewal process comprehensively, from assessing the current and future environment to finalizing invoices, ensuring accurate CRM records.

- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities during renewals, enhancing customer value.

- Coordinate renewal efforts with designated CSMs, Partners, and Distributors, establishing strong working relationships based on geographic alignment.

- Effectively handle challenging situations, charting paths to resolution and obtaining agreements from customers, both internal and external.

- Communicate proactively with customers to grasp their needs and ensure satisfaction with our SaaS and Subscription offerings.

- Contribute to the development of new processes with leadership, demonstrating a willingness to take calculated risks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Track record of surpassing sales targets and meeting renewal goals.
- Self-driven individual with a consultative sales approach, adept at boosting sales revenue and managing high transaction volumes efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, responsible for accurate forecasting.
- Profound understanding of customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and German to a business level.

Distinguishing Skills and Experience:

- Sales and Renewals background in the software or SaaS sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
