In 2019, we opened the Ministry of Biscuits - a brand new purpose-built production space in Wimbledon, London. It is here where the biscuit magic happens. Who we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Dispatch Team as a
Dispatch Team Leader, as a key part of our Warehouse team you will report to the Fulfilment Manager.

This role will involve
- Responsible for leading and developing an expanding dispatch team and associated daytoday functions, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
- Carrying out morning briefings, prioritisation of tasks & guidance to the team throughout the shift as required in order to oversee the accurate packing and dispatching of our highquality handmade products.
- Be instrumental in the development and future proofing of your team and processes, deliver training as required.
- Identify and implement improvements that enable the dispatch process to be more efficient.
- Ensure appropriate and constructive communication with Management teams relating to all aspects of dispatch.
- Be responsible for Unit 5 Health & Safety
- Monitoring, recording, reporting, leading by examples in line with Company Serious Incident Management procedures and report to management as required.
What you will need
- To be able to work fulltime (37.5 hours per week) between the hours of 7am and 7pm, and flexibly across weekends.
- Good experience (preferably 1+ years) working in a supervisory distribution or warehouse position.
- A handson natural leader who can lead by example and be an excellent communicator, confident and assertive.
- To be actively interested in leading teams to meet & exceed KPIs.
- To ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies to all members of staff.
- To have a Food Safety Level 1 Certificate and Health & Safety Level 1 Certificate.
- A love of biscuits is a must
