About The Role:

Production Co-ordinator


Our newly created team of Production Coordinators is almost complete, and we have our final few roles to fill and ready for you to start in with an
immediate start As one of our Production Coordinators you will be working within our in-house creative department, liaising with Production, in-house Creatives and stakeholders, to support creative teams to produce 360 campaigns.

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands.

We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.

What you will do

  • Manage integrated projects from initial brief to postlive support, creating and managing detailed project plans.
  • Often working on Tier 2, 3 and 4, supporting on Tier 1 as needed
  • Building production schedules and assigning tasks.
  • Solicits feedback on campaigns from stakeholders and takes action as required, whilst managing expectations
  • Working closely with the Delivery and Automation team, whilst being responsible for ensuring planned deliveries and live dates are met
  • Tracking the number of hours worked per campaign
  • Supports a Producer on Tier 1 campaigns and shoots where necessary.
  • Ensuring all production practices are in line with latest industry regulations and health and safety requirements for all shoots
  • Maintaining team documents including resource, project status & budget trackers.
  • Booking internal resource and gathering technical specifications to forward plan all deliveries.
  • Planning for production tasks across multiple campaigns, managing dependencies and ensuring key milestones are agreed and then met.

Who you are

  • Experience as a Production Coordinator or Project manager working autonomously on creative projects gained in either Advertising Agency, Production Company background or In house.
  • Have post production experience working across marketing and design briefs.
  • Expert knowledge of postproduction processes and workflows, static and motion design workflow, post production, short form video content.
  • Excellent communication and proactivity when managing information, taking feedback and communicating with various teams.
  • A track record in managing timelines and meeting agreed creative delivery requirements.
