Project Management:
Oversee multiple live innovation projects, ensuring they are on track and meeting quality standards.

Regularly update senior stakeholders, including the Pentland Executive Team and Pentland Brands Board, on innovation progress and functional KPIs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Product Transformation Director and Brand Innovation Leads to prioritise projects considering budget and resource constraints.

Manage relationships and contracts with external innovation partners from academia and business.

Innovation Culture:
You have a proven track record in managing innovation projects and leading cross-functional teams, ideally within the sports apparel or retail sector
