Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Strategist to join our team at Devonshire Hayes Recruitment. As the Head of Data Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data & AI Literacy across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enabling AI Adoption:
  • Accelerate the safe adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by enabling AI features within existing products and developing Machine Learning and AI models.
  1. Understanding Evolving Needs:
  • Collaborate with staff across the organization to understand their evolving needs and find the right solutions and capabilities that align with these needs.
  1. Guidelines and Training:
  • Lead the production of training materials and guidelines for safe and appropriate AI and data usage by staff.
  1. Strategic Roadmap:
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data & AI Officer, Head of Data Governance, and Head of Data Science to set a roadmap for transformation initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence and Data Improvement.
  1. Delivery and Implementation:
  • Drive AI and data capabilities alongside the Senior Data Business Partner and Technology application teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong pedigree in Data & AI and its adoption at Enterprise scale.
  • Ability to explain the capabilities of Data and AI to staff and emphasize their value across various use cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
