Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Data Architecture and Innovation to join our team at Intelix. This pivotal role will shape and drive strategic data architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and pioneering innovation in investment data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the data architecture roadmap, driving innovation and best practices.
  • Oversee the architecture of critical data platforms such as Finbourne LUSID, Snowflake, and Hadoop.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and product owners to align data solutions with business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Senior Data Architects, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different geographies, building trust and influencing decision-making within a complex organizational structure.
  • Ensure data architecture solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Lead the delivery of complex, large-scale data projects across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in data architecture within the asset management or financial services sectors, particularly investment management.
  • Strong expertise in Finbourne LUSID, Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture for equities, fixed income, private assets, multi-asset solutions, and ESG investments.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage and mentor teams, driving high performance and innovation.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps that enhance data capabilities, reduce inefficiencies, and support business growth.
