We have an exciting development opportunity for a proactive, forward thinking HR professional (CIPD level 3 or above) to join our supportive team to enhance their ER skills within a fast-paced and stimulating environment.
You must be a good team player with excellent communication skills and thrive on finding solutions and making a difference.
ER case management experience not essential but previous HR experience is.You must also be able to establish relationships and credibility quickly to enable you to deliver a pragmatic approach to a variety of employee relations matters.
You will also liaise with our HRBPs, plus the wider HR team, and together strive for continuous review and improvement to ensure we deliver a quality service.
