Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 8am - 4.20pm, Monday - Friday (flexible hours available)
B&M Waste Services Limited is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide support to our HR Manager and line managers in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and talent management processes
- Support with payroll administration and absence management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- CIPD qualified or working towards this
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues
- Confident and proficient in IT
