Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding
  2. Support payroll, absence management, and HR reporting
  3. Contribute to HR processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement
  4. Provide HR guidance and support to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  2. CIPD qualified or working towards this
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and stakeholders
  4. Proficient in HR systems and software, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations
  5. A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
