You will be involved in Urgent Care Response and Virtual Wards, which are a focus for our community teams. Main duties of the job

The Community Nursing Service operates between to hours and the successful candidate will work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Access to a car in order to carry out service duties is essential.

You will have the support and mentorship of the Team Lead to develop into this role and be encouraged to complete the SPQDN if not already a qualified DN.
