Main DutiesThe successful candidate will work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Access to a car is essential to carry out service duties. You will have the support and mentorship of the Team Lead to develop into this role and be encouraged to complete the SPQDN if not already a qualified DN.

Person Specification- Holds specialist practitioner qualification in District Nursing
- Has experience of managing a caseload
- Demonstrate evidence-based practice and up-to-date clinical skills
- Evidence of significant post-registration nursing experience, including community setting
- Post-registration qualification in a relevant clinical field
- Relevant teaching/mentorship qualification and evidence of teaching skills
- Literate in IT/computer skills
- Good oral communication skills based on fluency in the English language
- Current driving licence
- Ability to travel across sites and across Bedfordshire to meet patient needs and attend meetings
