Job Title:
Care Worker

Duties:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medication as prescribed and assist with medication management
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed
  • Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
