Job Purpose


To assist in creating a digital presence across the Thrive Group portfolio, ensuring high quality content and communication tailored to different audiences.

Key Accountabilities

1 Digital media creation & management with an emphasis on resources for social media.

2 Create content as directed by the audience.

3 Contribute to the creation, management and scheduling of promotional/marketing material including:

  • E-marketing
  • Multimedia production
  • Social media content
4 Explore opportunities for innovative concepts and content.

5 Ongoing development of digital media portfolio for the Group.

6 Work with Senior Managers to develop content for and design internal communications across the Group.

7 Website management across the Group.

8 Support the advertisement of job vacancies.

9 SEO management and online advertising.

10 Be an active member of the Thrive team, contributing to team meetings and engaging in training, supervision and appraisal
