Key Responsibilities- Assist the manager in providing excellent care to residents, including monitoring practices, care plans, and rota support.
- Work collaboratively with the registered manager and experienced staff teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Support residents in their daily activities, including coffee mornings, theatre trips, and themed weekends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Previous care experience essential
- Level 3 health and social care qualification desirable but not essential
- Diplomatic and solution-focused outlook
- Excellent teamwork skills
- All training provided to upskill and feel comfortable in your new role
