Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Hunter Selection Limited. As a leading recruitment consultancy, we specialize in permanent and contract roles within various sectors, including Engineering & Manufacturing, IT & Digital, Science & Technology, and Service & Sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Create and implement marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to promote company products and services.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Manage Marketing Materials: Develop and manage marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
- Drive Digital Marketing Initiatives: Manage digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic and generating leads, encompassing website optimization, email campaigns, social media management, and online advertising.
- Coordinate Trade Shows and Events: Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and services and build brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales support materials.
- Monitor and Analyze Marketing Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Manage Marketing Budgets: Ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Related Field: A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative Flair: A strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
