Corporate Technology Manager
This is a 3-18 month contract opportunity with the opportunity move into a permanent role.
UK (Remote-first with occasional travel to London required)
As part of its recent acquisitions, CUBE is undertaking a programme to deliver the supporting technology suite for the enlarged company.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing and building out our corporate technology systems, ensuring that the suite aligns with our business needs and strategic goals.
The scope of the role covers all aspects of the supporting systems for the business, including but not limited to HRIS, Finance, CRM, Q2C, Customer Servicing, Tax, Payroll, EOR, and Billing systems.
Work closely with the executive team, functional head and the CTO to develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business goalsStrategic Planning :
Clearly articulate, the strategy and steps to deliver value.
Vendor Management :
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Risk Management :
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our technology infrastructure and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
Project Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Ensure project milestones are met and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business subject.
Proven experience in program management / delivery management, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
Understanding of PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE and other methodologies as tools that can be used to help delivery.
