About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Technology Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of technology to improve our tax processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance our tax capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and suppliers, to implement technology solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our tax intranet and knowledge base.
  • Support other national tax initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong tax expertise (ATT or equivalent) and a passion for technology, with a curiosity to explore new technologies and their potential to improve our tax processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Advanced technology skills, including MS Excel, with experience in SharePoint and PowerApps being highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering training, or project management, would be a valuable asset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively, while maintaining a high level of self-motivation.
