Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple sales streams.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

Sales Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, including recruiters and consultants, to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to empower the sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategies to address any areas of improvement.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in sales and incorporate them into sales strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing diverse sales teams.
