Prime Appointments are pleased to have partnered with a luxury car dealership based in Chelmsford who are seeking a full-time Digital Enquiry Agent with an OTE salary of £35,000 p.a.


Your key duties in this Digital Enquiry Agent role will include:

  • Liaising with the Sales team with regards to sales leads via website, social media and direct contact.
  • Building rapport with customers, providing them information with regards to their enquiry.
  • Communicate with the Sales team with a view to process from enquiry to sale which you can earn commission from.
  • Confident dealing with vehicle reservations, finance proposals and partexchange evaluations.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicles.
  • Good knowledge of basic maths.
  • Hours: 4 days per week 9am 6.30pm, 1 day 12pm 9pm.
  • Experience within a Call Centre and Customer Service desirable.
