The Position

You will work within the Obesity Business Unit to secure access and drive uptake for our obesity product within the NHS. This is a high-profile role, with responsibility for:

Securing sales, local patient access and remodelling care pathways to support system efficiency and improved outcomes for patients living with obesity and its associated conditions Drive uptake of pharmacotherapy in services that currently have access to ensure growth Designing, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved. Contribute to the national business plan Supporting local health economies to incorporate our portfolio via: profiling and selection, opportunity mapping/validation, account prioritisation, engagement with key customers and stakeholders, successful implementation of change, demonstration of outcomes Leading, developing and implementing the strategy for your accounts with both autonomy and support from team members

Qualifications

To be successful for this position, you are:

Experienced in launching new products into the NHS Able to build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers leading to mutually successful outcomes Bold in developing and implementing account specific strategies within your locality A team player who demonstrates a history of working within a target driven environment with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets ABPI qualified and compliance focused, with a background in science, business-related subject, or equivalent

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent KAM and business planning skills, as well as exceptional commercial acumen. You will be able to manage customer relationships within your locality and have a strong understanding of NHS Scotland, including structures, policies, funding streams and processes.

This is a field-based role where we would normally expect regular travel within your territory. Candidates will be expected to travel and stay overnight away from home from time to time.
