Regional Group Manager - NHS Scotland

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join our expanding private medical group, running a number of NHS GP practices across different health boards in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of staff across different sites
  • Implementation of protocols and standardization across all sites
  • Performance of 1:1s and appraisals with staff
  • Collaboration with health boards to produce reports and address queries
  • Travel to different sites nationally
  • Recruitment of staff, interviewing, and contractual discussions
  • HR queries from staff
  • Ensuring each site meets high quality standards with up-to-date protocols and documentation

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work at a senior level and join an expanding group.

Requirements:

  • Primary care experience, preferably as a GP Practice Manager or at a senior level within a NHS Health Board
  • Ability to travel nationally for part of the role

Benefits:

  • Flexitime
  • Competitive salary range: £45,000.00-£75,000.00 per year DOE
  • 37.5 hours per week
