Senior Regional GP Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced individual to join our expanding private medical group as a Senior Regional GP Practice Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve managing staff across multiple sites, implementing protocols, and working closely with health boards to achieve high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of staff across different sites
  • Implementation of protocols and standardization across all sites
  • Performance of 1:1s and appraisals with staff
  • Working with health boards to produce reports and address queries
  • Travel to different sites nationally
  • Recruitment of staff, interviewing, and contractual discussions
  • HR queries from staff
  • Working to bring each site up to a high-quality standard with protocols and documentation up to date
Requirements:
  • Primary care experience, preferably as a GP Practice Manager or in a senior role within a NHS Health Board
  • Ability to travel nationally for part of the role
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: £45,000.00-£75,000.00 per year DOE
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexitime
