Reporting into the Head of Business Strategy, the Senior Business Manager – Strategy & Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient running of business operations across Sky Studios editorial, marketing, partnerships and commercial finance teams, managing the end-to-end approval process and supporting Sky Studios business strategy and implementation.

Lead on Marketing operations for Sky Studios – working closely with, and supporting the Programme Brands team.

Collate, analyse and assess key performance and broader business data for Sky Studios enabling informed decision making at every stage of the commissioning process.

Collate and present regular Exec business review reports and KPI updates to help monitor and assess Sky Studios' performance.

Deputise Head of Business Strategy as required, ensuring alignment and collaboration in strategy implementation across Sky Studios (Operations, Production, Editorial, Marketing/Comms and Commercial) as well as Content, UK Marketing, Sky Creative.

Change management/delivery of strategic and tactical projects as required.
Experience in a senior strategy or operations role, preferably within the television industry.
Robust commercial skills and overall financial understanding.
