Key Responsibilities
- Provide various forms of support such as companionship, personal care, and household tasks
- Deliver compassionate and person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily living activities and respect individual preferences
- Build positive relationships with clients to enhance their empowerment and well-being
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and enhance professional development
- Maintain a safe environment and respond effectively to potential risks or emergencies
- Support with Tracheostomy management and PEG feeding

Requirements:
- UK driver's license and access to own vehicle
- Experience in the care sector and familiarity with complex care
- Enthusiastic and caring attitude
- Ideally, previous experience working with children and strong interpersonal skills
