Job Overview

Gray Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to provide 24-hour support to a young non-verbal gentleman in his own property. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors, and will be able to work independently on a 1-1 basis.

About the Role

  • Provide 24-hour support to a young non-verbal gentleman in his own property
  • Work independently on a 1-1 basis
  • Support the gentleman with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication
  • Assist with outings and activities in the gentleman's mobility vehicle
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the gentleman and his family

Requirements

  • Experience in providing support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors
  • Ability to work independently on a 1-1 basis
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK
  • Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle
