About the Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with over a decade of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of the Salesforce platform, capable of independent work and collaboration to deliver top-notch solutions.

As a lead developer, you will be responsible for designing solutions and overseeing less experienced developers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, install, and support application systems aligning with product requirements
  • Create, deploy, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for seamless software development and release
  • Implement automation, monitoring, and visualization throughout the architecture
  • Collaborate closely with developers and testers to ensure high-quality code deployment and operation
  • Analyze issues, propose solutions, and share them with team members
  • Prepare technical feasibility studies and system solution estimates
  • Develop and update technical documentation, deliver presentations, and offer training to team members
  • Coach and train junior team members, provide scheduling estimates, and propose corrective actions when needed
  • Demonstrate customer-centricity by closely working with internal customers and ensuring efficient handover
  • Collaborate with engineers to innovate and implement design system components

Qualifications for Success:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-10 years of IT development experience
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and JavaScript coding, with Salesforce certifications being a valuable asset
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce platform components, configurations, and integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce integration, error handling, security, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, branching strategies, continuous integration, and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset, troubleshooting skills, eagerness to learn and stay updated on technologies

Other Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in change management and continuous delivery tools like Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Service Now
  • Experience in Object-Oriented languages such as Java, C++, and familiarity with web technologies
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, REST, and knowledge in Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics
  • Previous experience in an agile environment with expertise in Jira and Confluence
