Paraplanner / Technical Administrator - London - Artemis Recruitment Consultants

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Paraplanners to join our clients in central London. Your main role will be to offer essential paraplanning assistance to a team of financial advisers. There is also the opportunity for career advancement into an advisory role within the company for those interested.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial paraplanning support to the team of financial advisers
  • Conduct research on financial products, planning solutions, and investment strategies
  • Prepare recommendation reports for client meetings
  • Offer high-level technical support
  • Support advisers in client management
  • Deliver technical reports and information to advisers and clients
  • Ensure accurate execution of high-value investment transactions

Experience and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administration and paraplanning is necessary
  • CII exam results or Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning certificate is preferred
  • Familiarity with major research systems such as Cashcalc, X-Plan, FE Analytics, etc.
  • Experience in the Pension Switch market
  • Experience in the administration of IHT or Investment products
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
