We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner/Technical Analyst to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will provide vital support to our wealth advisers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide paraplanning support to our team of wealth advisers, including researching products, financial planning solutions, and investment strategies.
- Prepare recommendation reports for client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Offer a high level of technical support to our advisers and clients, providing expert guidance on financial planning and investment matters.
- Assist our advisers with client management, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
- Prepare technical reports and information for our advisers and clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure the accurate execution of high-worth investment transactions.
- Previous administrative and paraplanning experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
- CII exam results or a Level 4 qualified Financial Planning certificate are required.
- Familiarity with major research systems, such as Cashcalc, X-Plan, and FE Analytics, is necessary.
- Experience in the Pension Switch market and administration of IHT or Investment products is highly desirable.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
