Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner/Technical Analyst to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will provide vital support to our wealth advisers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide paraplanning support to our team of wealth advisers, including researching products, financial planning solutions, and investment strategies.
  2. Prepare recommendation reports for client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  3. Offer a high level of technical support to our advisers and clients, providing expert guidance on financial planning and investment matters.
  4. Assist our advisers with client management, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
  5. Prepare technical reports and information for our advisers and clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  6. Ensure the accurate execution of high-worth investment transactions.
Requirements:
  1. Previous administrative and paraplanning experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
  2. CII exam results or a Level 4 qualified Financial Planning certificate are required.
  3. Familiarity with major research systems, such as Cashcalc, X-Plan, and FE Analytics, is necessary.
  4. Experience in the Pension Switch market and administration of IHT or Investment products is highly desirable.
  5. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
