A new opportunity has arisen with the T&K Team. We are now looking for a strong People Administrator to join the T&K team

Position:

Duties and Responsibilities:

First point of contact for internal and external inquiries and requests related to people

Assisting with the processing and documentation of employee benefits

Compiling and maintaining paper and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness absence and H&S documentation

Collate and support training schedules and outcomes and updating of skills matrix

Supporting on boarding of new starters, including first day induction, the probation period and issuing required resources including job specific

training, H&S training, IT and software training etc.

Assisting performance management procedures, ensuring good governance and documentation exists across the business

Arranging and administering disciplinary / absence management hearings and ensuring company procedure is upheld

Supporting termination processes and records and conducting exit interviews

Supporting people related training programmes, workshops and meetings where required

Support and contribute to People related projects to help people experience and continuous improvement objectives

Requirements:

Personal attributes:

Expertise in HR/People administration processes desirable

Ability to facilitate all levels and develop effective relationships

Attention to detail with a passion for continual improvement

Good listening and communications skills

Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Able to cope with balancing many demands and deliver under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills

Team player & able to collaborate with and get the best from others

Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

CIPD Level 3 desirable

Other information:

Working hours:
Part time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:30pm (27.5 per week)
- this is an office based role.

Salary is £17,453 per year depending on experience. Pro rata value.
