We are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar Person to join the family at the Langham Hotel, Eastbourne.

Reporting to our Head Barman you will form an integral part of the Bar team.

Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

  • Providing ALL customers with warm friendly and efficient service.
  • Processing drink, food orders and payments using our Point of Sale system
  • Preparing bar drinks, barista coffees, cocktails
  • Serving food and drinks to tables
  • Clearing tables of used items in the Bar, Lounges and Terrace and cleaning tables for next customers.
  • Ensuring all drinks and service items are stocked at all times.
  • Supporting other hotel departments when requested
  • The adherence to all Health & Safety and Fire departmental procedures.
