Job Introduction


We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Mercedes division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln.

The hours of work are on a 3 week rota basis Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00, as well as working occasional Saturdays.

Role and Responsibilities

Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs

Accurate data inputting of customer details

Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction

Improve and drive lead conversions

Contacting prospective customers and upselling products

Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner

Adhering to brand standards

About you

Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills

Self-motivated & target driven

Able to work on your own or as part of a team

Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service

Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner

Competent using Microsoft Office

Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
