Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Contact Specialist to join our Contact Centre Lincoln team. As a key member of our Mercedes/BMW division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a varied and interesting role that will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a vibrant and dynamic department.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a professional manner
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details and maintaining customer records
  • Increasing customer retention and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Improving and driving lead conversions through proactive and results-driven approaches
  • Upselling products and services to customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Initiating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhering to brand standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers after purchase of their vehicles
  • Upselling Service Plans and monitoring live chat systems

About You

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve results
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous aftersales experience is advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided
