About You
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Previous aftersales experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
