Partner Acquisition Specialist | Cyber Security | UK | Hybrid working

Trident Search are working with a top SaaS Cyber Security company who currently expect to more than double it's turnover within the next 3 years. Their main focus is within cloud backup and recovery.

They are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist who has a strong focus on acquiring new business.

Objective of the role:

  • The objective of this role is to attract and convert new Managed Service Providers into the companies partners.
  • You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential partners, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new partners.

Responsiblilties:

  • Identify and engage with potential MSP partners in line with the companies ICP Tier 1 & 2 prospect accounts, creating a pipeline of new business opportunities utilizing sales prospecting tools including OutReach and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential partners, showcasing the value of the company's platform and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners throughout the sales cycle, positioning the company as the preferred backup and recovery solution.
  • Introduce the Partner Programme and the company's Marketplace as the basis for engagement to ensure expectations and value of the company are set correctly from the outset.
  • Effective and accurate sales forecasts for each of the channel partners in terms of initial onboarding, initial value and projected revenue opportunity thereafter.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to achieve partnership and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness, network with potential partners, and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success, maximize growth potential, and minimize churn.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline progress, sales activities, and partnership successes to the VP of Sales.
