About the Role

Lyst is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Partner Acquisition Manager to join our Partner Acquisition Squad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for progressing our pipeline of affiliate prospects in our core regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new affiliate partners in the US and UK
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, communicating the benefits, functionality, and features of Lyst
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with partners to drive business growth
  • Meet and exceed targets set by senior management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to understand data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
